I am an accredited executive and Conflict Management Coach. I coach because I believe the best solutions come from the people closest to the problem — and that includes understanding your own internal system. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems principles, trauma-informed practice and decades of navigating organisational complexity. I’m here as a thinking partner to help you unburden what’s blocking you, navigate friction and lead from your core Self with confidence.
I work with organisations to drive strategic cultural change grounded in equity, inclusion and dignity. Drawing on 15 years’ experience leading transformative initiatives across public service, emergency management and community sectors, my approach is collaborative, evidence-driven and trauma-informed. I partner with leaders and teams moving beyond compliance to create systems, processes and practices that create psychosocially safe environments for everyone and in particular for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, women and gender diverse people, people with disability, neurodivergent people, culturally diverse people and LGBTIQA+ people.
